Today marks nine consecutive days without biting my nails.\u00a0 This is a new record.<\/p>\n

This really hit home to me during a recent meeting, when my finger nails were chewed short and the cuticles were shredded all apart.\u00a0 That would no longer do.<\/p>\n

What follows is just a little self-congratulation.\u00a0 Most of the worst is showing considerable improvement.\u00a0 My wife is offering me a manicure once everything has grown out well enough.<\/p>\n
